Bio:

From a very young age, I had an aspirations of becoming an engineer from the curiosity how a structure can be built. My passion for structures began when i was watching the giant man made structure stands with pride. Since then the dream lingering in my mind and later on I got an apprenticeship at BUET with the aim to become an engineer.

Now at present all the structure that i’ve made is the reflection of my dream and will.  I’ve made many buildings all over Bangladesh and running Prokaushal since from 2010 with pride. To bring lucrative structure with modern facility I adopt all the latest technology in building.

Survey:

Surveying is the technique of determining the terrestrial or three-dimensional position of points and the distances and angles between them. The crucial process of any land development needs to be executed properly. They are used to determine boundaries, features, to determine easements and encroachments and to build on land satisfying building codes and regulations. We are happy of what we are doing. Soil Investigation:

Soil investigations are conducted to discover the characteristics of the soil at the particular location. There are different methods of soil investigation. After the soil samples are analyzed, a report is prepared recommending the type of foundation to be used.

Structural design:

Structural design is the disciplined investigation of the stability, strength and rigidity of structures. The key objective of structural design is to produce a structure capable of resisting all applied loads without failure during its intended life. A structural design project may be divided into three phases, i.e. planning, design and construction.

Planning:

This phase involves consideration of the various requirements and factors affecting the general layout and dimensions of the structure and results in the choice of one or perhaps several alternative types of structure, which offer the best general solution. The primary consideration is the function of the structure.

Secondary considerations such as aesthetics, sociology, law, economics and the environment may also be taken into account. In addition there are structural and constructional requirements and limitations, which may affect the type of structure to be designed.

Design:

This phase involves a detailed consideration of the alternative solutions defined in the planning phase and results in the determination of the most suitable proportions, dimensions and details of the structural elements and connections for constructing each alternative structural arrangement being considered.

Construction:

This phase involves mobilization of personnel; procurement of materials and equipment, including their transportation to the site, and actual on-site erection. During this phase, some redesign may be required if unforeseen difficulties occur, such as unavailability of specified materials or foundation problems.
